Choice International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Accounts for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company shall remain closed from February 04, 2016 to February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
