Choice International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and adopt the Audited Financial Accounts for the Quarter and Financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and to note the Auditors Report thereon.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 (Year 201516).<BR><BR>Further, in view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
