We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 31st January, 2023 to inter alia consider the following: 1. Payment of an interim dividend for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023 on the outstanding equity shares of the Company; and 2. Approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022.
