Chromatic India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for the shares of the Company will remain close from February 09, 2016 till February 15, 2016.
