Cinemax India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2014, inter alia, approved appointment of Mr. Narayan Ramachandran, as Alternate Director for Mr. Ravinder Singh Thakran on the Board of the Company.
