With reference to the earlier letter dated February 12, 2015, Cipla Ltd has now informed BSE that Cipla (EU) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into a definitive agreement with Biopharma SPA for establishing a joint venture Company in Algeria.
