Cipla Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 26th May 2025 allotted 49,931 fully paid up equity shares of INR 2/- each upon exercise of employee stock options under the Cipla Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme, 2021 of the Company.
