CIPLA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2020 until the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of financial results by the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2020.
