CITY UNION BANK LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 19, 2021, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of 20% i.e. Rs. 0.20 paise per equity share on the face value of Re. 1 each, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
