With reference to the earlier letter dated May 03, 2016, City Union Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Reserve Bank of India vide its letter dated May 06, 2016 has given its approval for the appointment of Shri. S. Mahalingam as the Part-time Chairman of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. May 04, 2016.
