City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation and Remuneration committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on September 21, 2015, considered and approved inter-alia grant of 15,00,500 (Fifteen lakh and five hundred only) stock options in aggregate under CUB ESOS Scheme 2008, Series VI, to the employees of the Bank.
