CL Educate Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the provisions with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of CL Educate Limited will be closed from July 01, 2024 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 by the Company to the Stock Exchange.
