Letter of Offer made by Athanas Enterprise Private Limited ('AEPL' or the 'Promoter') and Claris Holdings Private Limited ('CHPL') (collectively referred to as 'Acquirers') with respect to voluntary delisting of the equity shares of Claris Lifesciences Limited (the 'Company') from BSE Limited in accordance with the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time ('SEBI Delisting Regulations').
