Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, we hereby inform that the Company has made payment of Rs. 10,73,800 (inclusive of GST) for non-compliant of Regulation 38 (Compliance with requirement of Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS).
