Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), we intimate Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Friday, July 15, 2022 has accepted the resignation of Ms. Saba Firdous, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer who ceased to be a Company Secretary, a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel, of the Company, w.e.f. July 15, 2022 under Regulation 6 of SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable SEBI Regulations.
