CMI FPE LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

CMI FPE Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sanjoy Kumar Das, Managing Director of the Company has tendered his resignation as Managing Director and Director of the Company vide his letter dated September 19, 2013, due to personal reasons. The Board at its Meeting held on September 19, 2013, accepted the resignation. The effective date of separation will be announced in due course.
