We enclose, in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a summary of the proceeding of the 94th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 21st August, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means ("VC/ OAVM") facility to transact the business as stated in the Notice dated 21st May, 2024. The Voting Results in prescribed format in terms of Regulation 44(3) of the Regulations will be provided once the Scrutiniser provides the Voting Results.
