Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company on September 28, 2015 appointed Mr. Vinod Nambiar as the Member and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Nambiar has been nominated by the promoter Company as a non-retiring Director. He will act as a Non-executive and Non- independent Director of the Company.
