Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 06, 2016 till the approval of the aforesaid results by the Company and the said window shall open 48 hours after the same is made public.
