COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (INDIA) LTD. - Board declares Second Interim Dividend

Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2014, declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 8/- (Rupees Eight Only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (face value) for the financial year 2014-15. The said interim dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 13.60 Crore involving a total pay-out of Rs. 130.5 Crore (including dividend distribution tax).<BR><BR>The said interim dividend declared by the Board at their Meeting held on December 08, 2014 will be paid on December 29, 2014.
