COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (INDIA) LTD. - Board declares Third Interim Dividend

Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2016, has declared a third interim dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2016. The said interim dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 27.20 crore involving a total pay-out of Rs. 98.20 Crore [including dividend distribution tax].<BR><BR>Further, the said interim dividend declared by the Board at their Meeting held on March 28, 2016 will be paid on April 21, 2016.<BR><BR>Attached a copy of the Company Statement being issued in this regard.
