Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider and declare first interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding Closure of Trading Window and taking into consideration the declaration of interim dividend, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from September 04, 2014 till the announcement of Interim Dividend of the Company and the said Window shall open 24 hours after the same is made public.
