Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on <BR>January 27, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further due to the upcoming preparation and announcement of unaudited financial results, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from December 24. 2015 and the said Window shall re-open 48 hours after the same is made public.
