The Meeting of Board of Directors was held on Saturday, 30th July, 2022 at 03:30 p.m. The Board of Directors discussed and/or approved the following: 1. The Board considered and approved Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 as per Regulation 33 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, the Statutory Auditors have carried out 'Limited Review' of the above results. Please find enclosed copy of unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. 2. The Board approved Director's Report for the year ended 31st March, 2022. 3. The Board also approved Management Discussion Report, Corporate Governance Report, CEO's certification & other documents for the year ended 31st March, 2022. 4.
