Gupta Shyam and Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company which are enclosed below Annexure I<BR> 2.Director's Report, Corporate Governance Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report and its Annexure for the Financial Year Ended as on March 31, 2021. <BR> 3.Appointment of M/s. Mitesh J. Shah & Associates, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2021-22, as approved and recommended by the Audit Committee.
