Gupta Shyam & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company. 2. Draft Directors' Report, Corporate Governance Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report and its Annexure for the Financial Year Ended as on March 31, 2022; 3. Appointment of M/s. Ankush Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (FRN: 149227W) as Statutory Auditor of the Company based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 15th Annual General Meeting ('AGM').
