LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2021-22 <BR> 3.The Appointment of Mrs. Apeksha Kadam (DIN: 08878724) as Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Woman Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f February 11, 2021, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.<BR> 4.The appointment of M/s. Mitesh J Shah & Associates, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2020-21<BR> 5.
