As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from 1st April, 2024 till completion of 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financials Results for the quarter and year ended as on 31st March, 2024.
