The 14th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Event Banquet, Near Filmistan Studio, S. V. Road, Goregaon (West), Mumbai 400 062 at 10.00 A.M.<br/><br/>2. The Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Neha Rushi, as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from September 01, 2014.<br/><br/>3. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay Raut, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from September 01, 2014.
