Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and in compliance to SEBI Guidelines issued for prohibition of Insider Trading it is further notified that the Trading Window for all connected person will remain closed from July 29, 2014 to August 02, 2014. It is reiterated that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 01, 2014.
