Pursuant to Regulation 32 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/162/2019 dated December 24, 2019, please find attached a Statement of Deviation(s)/ Variation(s) for the half year ended March 31, 2024 a per the format prescribed by SEBI, regarding the utilization of funds raised by the Company through Preferential Allotment as per the Shareholder''s Approval dated October 07, 2023. We hereby confirm that the whole amount of Rs. 12.15 crores has been fully utilised as of March 31, 2024 and there was no deviation / variation in the utilization of proceeds of the said Preferential Issue of Shares.
