Concurrent (India) Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2012, has transacted the following businesses:<br/><br/>1. Mr. Manoj Bhimaji Kokane, Managing Director of the Company, was authorised, on behalf of the Board, to take appropriate steps in view of the notice u/s 13(2) of SARFAESI Act, 2002 received by the Company from the Bankers of the Company -State Bank of India, Commercial Branch, Pune.<br/><br/>2. The resignation of Mrs. Vaishaii Patrikar, Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company was accepted w.e.f. December 18, 2012.
