Concurrent (India) Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2012, transacted the following :<br/><br/>- Pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the members of the Company in Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2012 and In-Principal Approval received from the Stock Exchange and in accordance with provisions specified under Chapter Vll of SEBl (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, 6,80,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each were allotted to the promoter group on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 10 each.
