Confidence Petroleum India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2015, has been considered, approved the Appointment of Mrs. Vinita Kanhayalal Jhariya, Woman Additional Director of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015 to hold office till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
