With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, October 20, 2023 has approved the following :- 1) issued and allotted 3,00,000 equity shares of a face value of Rs.1/- each fully paid up to ESSENN LPG BOTTLING PRIVATE LIMITED consequent to the exercise 3,00,000 Convertible Warrants held by ESSENN LPG BOTTLING PRIVATE LIMITED.
