Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to policy for prevention of insider trading, code of conduct of the company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, the trading window shall remain closed for the designated persons / insiders including their immediate relatives, beginning from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September,2025 by the Board of Directors of the Company and filed with the Stock Exchanges.
