Container Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider the approval of Audited Financial Results and Segment wise revenue, results and capital employed for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in the said meeting, the Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend, if any, to the shareholders.
