Container Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 8.00 (80%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/ each amounting to Rs. 15597.93 lakhs.
