CONTAINER CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Container Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has declared a Final Dividend of Rs. 5.40 (54%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 10528.61 Lakhs and this is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 8.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 15597.93 Lakhs already paid. The dividend is subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
