Container Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2017, inter alia, to consider the approval of Audited Financial Results & Segment wise Revenue, Results & Capital Employed, for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, in the said meeting, the Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend, if any, subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
