Reg. 24(A) of SEBI LODR related to Annual Secretarial Compliance Report is not applicable to our Company pursuant to Reg. 15 (2) of SEBI LODR as Paid up Equity Share Capital is less than 10 Crore and Net worth is less than 25 Crore. As result Company is not required to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance Report.
