Swaraj Shares and Securities Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors (''IDC'') of Continental Controls Ltd ("Target Company") in relation to the Open Offer (''Offer'') made Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd (''Acquirer''), to the public shareholders of the Target Company (''Shareholders'') under Regulations 26(7) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto (''SEBI (SAST) Regulations'').
