CONTROL PRINT LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Control Print Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, which commenced at 5.00 pm and concluded at 9.15 pm, inter-alia, approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Re-appointment of Mr. Shiva Kabra as a Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2016, subject to the approval of shareholders at the 25th Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval of shareholders at the 25th Annual General Meeting.
