Control Print Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be convened on November 10, 2014, to consider, discuss and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014. As this involves unpublished price sensitive information, the Trading Window of the Company shall be closed from October 31, 2014 till November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
