CORE Education & Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2015, inter alia, has approved / noted the following:<BR><BR>1. The five year term of appointment of Mr. Nikhil Morsawala as Director - finance ended on August 11, 2015. He will now continue as Non-Executive Director with effect from August 12, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 30, 2015. The time and venue of the meeting will be intimated shortly.
