CORPORATION BANK - FY16 results on May 18, 2016

Corporation Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider, the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the fourth quarter/year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from May 13, 2016 to May 20, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all designated employees, Directors and Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank etc.
