CORPORATION BANK - Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Corporation Bank has informed BSE that in the meeting of the Audit Committee of the Bank held on May 08, 2015, Shri P. Paramasivam, General Manager is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank with effect from May 08, 2015 vice Shri C.G.Pinto, General Manager, who has retired from the services of the Bank on attaining superannuation on April 30, 2015.
