On the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Nangia (DfN: 00147386) as an Additional Director in capacity of Non Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. November 10,2020 to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
