Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to earlier intimation dated 9th May, 2022, we wish to inform you that the Company will commence the commercial operations of its new plant at Sriperumbudur w.e.f. 1st March, 2024.
