Craftsman Automation Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)with Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Private Limited (Sunbeam) and Kedaara Capital Fund II LLP (Kedaara), for acquiring the whole or part of the business of Sunbeam (excluding certain assets of Sunbeam situated at Gurugram) in one or more tranches (Proposed Transaction).
